Tōyō Shashinki-zai

Tōyō Shashinki-zai K.K. (東洋写真機材㈱, meaning "Oriental camera materials") was the distributor from 1947 to 1949 of the Waltax, and from 1951 to 1954 of the Airesflex. It was based in Tokyo.[1]

  1. Its address from 1947 to 1952 was Tōkyō-to Chiyoda-ku Kanda-Awaji-chō 2–4 (東京都千代田区神田淡路町2の4). Source: advertisements reproduced in Kokusan kamera no rekishi, pp. 113 and 215–6.
