Photopia Ltd. were a photographic distributor based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, England. They sold cameras and accessories - some of them made and branded for Photopia by various manufacturers such as Vredeborch and King, and others under their original names, such as Wirgin and Regula. The Photopia company developed from an earlier name, Norths Staffs Photographic Services[1]. Photopia were at one time the UK importers for Minolta and Ricoh and distibutes the camera brand of Mamiya.

The company still exists as Johnsons Photopia Ltd and is an independent company that can trace its roots back to 1743. Today the company is split into two separate divisions trading as JP Distribution and JP Service Solutions.Both divisions are operated from the same site facilities in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire
