FED-Atlas isa 35mm film rangefinder camera made by FED and produced between 1966-71 with quantity 22.805 units. FED Atlas = ФЭД Атлас. The camera is also known FED-11.
This camera is a follow on to the FED-10. The film speed setting has been moved to the lens mount and there is a rewind crank on this model. It appears that a series of interchangeable lenses was intended for this model as the lens is removable, however no other lenses are known. Interestingly the manual also says to never remove the lens. This camera is covered with nylon cloth.

- Shutter: leaf shutter, speeds: 1-1/250 +B setting: ring coupled with aperture ring
- Shutter release: a knob on front of the camera w/ cable release socket
- Cocking lever: also winds the film, on the back of the top plate, long stroke
- Frame counter: window on the bottom plate, auto reset, advance type
- Viewfinder: coupled viewfinder / rangefinder, bright-frame, the light meter arrow visible in the finder
- Exposure meter: Selenium cell
- Film speed range: 16-250 ASA, setting: lever and scale on the bottom of the lens, w/secure knob
- Exposure setting: centered the needle in window on the top plate by turning the aperture/speeds ring
- Re-wind lever: folding type on the top plate
- Re-wind release: knob on the bottom plate
- Flash PC socket: on front of the camera, X and M sync setting lever behind the lens-shutter barrel
- Cold-shoe
- Self-timer: set to A the X and M setting lever
- Back cover: removable, opens by a latch on the right side
- Tripod socket: 3/8" w/ 1/4" adapter
