The Canon EOS 20D is an 8.2-megapixel digital single-lens reflex camera,announced on August 19, 2004. It is the successor of the EOS 10D, and was succeeded by the EOS 30D in August 2006. It accepts EF and EF-S lenses and uses an APS-C sized image sensor.
Firmware Update v2.0.0 This firmware update incorporates support for the wireless file transmitter WFT-E1.
Firmware Update v1.1.0 This update adds three new languages to the camera menus: traditional Chinese, Korean and Russian. The new firmware also fixes the problem of horizontal line noise in images shot at high ISO settings while using the built-in flash.
Firmware Update v1.0.5 This update fixes the lock-up problem that some users were experiencing. Note that this update also addresses the bug which caused Update v1.0.4 to kill some cameras.
