The Optima 1035 Electronic Sensor is a 35mm film viewfinder camera made by Agfa and introduced in 1969.
The camera is in the range of long lasting Agfa Optima Sensor series. 
The camera is similar to Agfa Optima 535 Electronic Sensor but with faster Paratronic shutter with speeds 15-1/1000. The lens is Agfa Solitar 40mm f/2.8.
